The King's Poisoner has been updated with some minor tweaks to include the valuable input from the online playtesting, which has been heaps of fun!

Other than some layout adjustments etc, the most notable changes are:

• Rewording the king's part in Act 1 to "The king may respond, but must wait until all have presented themselves…"
  • To clarify that the king may respond to each character's introduction, while still requiring that they wait to reveal their card and take their turn.

  
  

• Reclassifying splitting, doubling down & five-card hand (5-card charlie) as Advanced Rules:
  
  • To give players the option of using these rules (or not), to highlight them and to prompt players to decide at the beginning of the game whether to use them.
  • These Advanced Rules are still highly recommended, but so far they seem to be more suited to players who are well acquainted with the rules or have played once before.
